First piston compressors of our new C series available


We are pleased to announce that the first piston compressors of our new C series in the range 3,0 - 5,5 kW with very efficient, silent and reliable piston pumps of the well known and established in the market LB-Series, with a new motor and all known tried and tested components as safety valves, pressure release valves, pressure switches are available now.

      

Three different sizes of receivers are available: 90 (horizontal), 150 (horizontal) and 270 (horizontal and vertical) litres.
The first units will be supplied in the beginning of October and we will invite our partners and dealers for product training.

Modifications on our D-dryers

In order to continue to improve our products and to safeguard the environment our supplier decided to change the internal gas of the D-dryers from R134A and R407C to R513A. 

Even if all the three gases are up to standard, the GWP value of the new gas is in fact lower than the previous ones and this implies a lower environmental impact with lower CO2 emissions. Obviously these changes and improvements will be entirely borne by our supplier this first year.

Due to this reason we would like to inform you that there could be some minor changes to the machines:  the size variations are very small and the holes at the base are in the same position.

Package DS90 IC for pneumatic transportation - silo solutions

           

We developed, designed and produced our package DS90 IC for pneumatic transportation, silo solutions. The main component of this package is the screw airend DS90.

More than 1 year ago we introduced to part of the market the screw compressor package DS90 IC. We successfully tested this package in the marketplace in real conditions thanks to our business partners. 
The unit can be used for transportation of grains, flour, sugar, salt, plastic pallets and other bulk materials.
The performance data of the package are as follows: volume flow @ 2 barg between 540 and 678 m³/h  depending on the input speed; the pressure range is 1,5 - 2,5 barg and the power requirement between 33,7 and 40,5 kW. Low input speed allows running of the unit with very low sound level.
The standard solution includes screw airend, air cooler, air filter, control panel and sound insulation canopy.
 
                                                           

                                                            

 

 


 

New Products

 

As we started our development process of the DG-Series screw airends 6 years ago we decided to design direct driven and belt driven screw airends to cover the most popular motor power ranges without using costly gear boxes. In many cases our airends can be used for direct driven applications at 8 and 10 bar with direct coupled 2-poles or 4-poles electric motor.

However, after a few years our customers have convinced us to change our mind and we started the development of DG-Series with gear boxes. In order to cover the portable market with diesel drive and some special applications with challenges regarding dimensions we changed our strategy. 
The first unit with a gear box was DG79G1, followed by DG128G2 and then the others.
Now, 3 years later we have a full range of oil injected screw airends DG-Series between 15 and 500 kW.
