Package DS90 IC for pneumatic transportation - silo solutions

We developed, designed and produced our package DS90 IC for pneumatic transportation, silo solutions. The main component of this package is the screw airend DS90. More than 1 year ago we introduced to part of the market the screw compressor package DS90 IC. We successfully tested this package in the marketplace in real conditions thanks to our business partners.
The unit can be used for transportation of grains, flour, sugar, salt, plastic pallets and other bulk materials.
The performance data of the package are as follows: volume flow @ 2 barg between 540 and 678 m³/h depending on the input speed; the pressure range is 1,5 - 2,5 barg and the power requirement between 33,7 and 40,5 kW. Low input speed allows running of the unit with very low sound level.
The standard solution includes screw airend, air cooler, air filter, control panel and sound insulation canopy.
